How to run project with add new config on task class

I recently read the "Generalizable Resource Allocation in Stream Processing via Deep Reinforcement Learning" article. that was good very good and I want to work on this topic and use this code. I want to simulate tasks with different CPU configs ( train existing model with heterogeneous CPU config) and I can't find any resources on how to handle and run code with "CEPSim" simulation. could you please tell me a bit more about how to run and what should i do? ( or if it is possible give me an email to contact more and talk more about this subject )
