Upload data to huggingface hub

Would you be ok if the dataset was uploaded to huggingface hub? That would make it much easier to use.

I can do that myself, just asking for permission because of licensing.

Hey feel free to post it there. that'd be a great way to access the dataset.

Each part of the dataset has a different license:

• StackExchange: CC BY-SA 4.0 (some might be 3.0)
• CDC: In theory in the public domain, but there might be exceptions
• WHO: CC BY-NC-SA 3.0
• News: There's no clear licensing for publicly available news articles, since this has been gathered from many websites - though obviously the copyright belong to the original authors. If you choose a CC BY-NC-SA licensing then you should omit the news subset.
