only works on openconnect command line

i have done everything you said but issue on openconnect and any connect mobile app

it says ssl negotiation failed

tell me if its due to iran's blackout and i cant do anything:)))

sadly, it looks like TLS fingerprint blocking. I think the situation will worsen in the coming days. :(

how I can change it from tls1.3 to tls1.2 i think it may fix the problem
