insert at the end of selected region from result of this query `aichat-openai-replace-or-insert`

aichat-openai-replace-or-insert this replace the query when it insert result. I want this to insert at the end of selected region but not replace the selected region. Is that possible? Is it also possible to change openai model? Which one is default?
