AutoRefresh pref should be client-app specific

We should probably mirror the structure of xhSizingMode.

  • Probably need to introduce new pref names. Could provide a script to move data that could be run at update time.
  • This a chance for us to combine the multiple preferences for Auto-Refresh anyway.
