the link http://www.ict.edu.ru/ft/005135/ch5.pdf is dead, Wayback Machina snapshot exists: https://web.archive.org/web/20180619062317/http://www.ict.edu.ru/ft/005135/ch5.pdf

however this paper contains many errors, it claims:

  • "{B,W,K} is basis" (p.14), it is not
  • "{I,B,C,S} is basis" (p.14), it is not
  • "minimal basis is {S,K}" (p.14), it is not, there are many one-point bases
