Add default folder

Add the possibility to define a default folder for text files (for example /sdcard/txt) instead of always starting in the sdcard root.

+1 for me too however I need the default dir to be ExtSdcard / sdcard1 - I have just installed Nightowl-lineage14.1-beta5-n7000.zip on my Galaxy Note 1 and it now seems that Android 7.1.1 requires the app to be able to choose the sdcard for saving files. At the moment I can OPEN existing files on sdcard1 with TED but I can't SAVE them . .
