Change the way the continue button works

Instead of going to the next chapter have it go to the last page you were on.

This is a bit tricky since we don't currently track how many pages of each chapter have been read, and this would require updating the current logic for marking chapters as read to begin with. But it's a good suggestion if I can get around to it, thanks!

This would be helpful. I read by the volume, and I don't always remember which page I was on before I quit the reader.
