Steps to reproduce

1. Open Houdoku
2. Add a series through filesystem (local manga)
3. Open the series
4. Start reading

Expected behavior

It should show the rpc (the cover art) like how its shown when using an extension/ plugin to read manga

Actual behavior

The cover art does not show up like how it does when using extensions to read. Instead it shows the Houdoku app icon even though i uploaded an image.

My request is to bring the above feature to local files as well.
