Activate extension on scratch org in lightning mode

Scratch org has domain test.salesforce.com and when we try to activate the extension in a lightning mode we go to url login.salesforce.com and can't authorize.

Can you share url of you Scratch org? Meanwhile, will try to reproduce it on my org.
