Please add release tag

Hi, I'd like to package libpll for Debian. The easiest way to distribute a certain status would be if you could add a tag. If you currently are not yet happy with the release status some tag 0.0-alpha0 or something like this could help. Just let me know if you might consider this. If not I could cope with a manual download script for the moment. Kind regards, Andreas.
