Bad Frame Pacing

Although it manage to reach 60fps at 896x504 but Frame Pacing is an issue even on PS Vita Menu itself. No matter what setting used on the media player -vsync, exclusive fullscreen, video-sync=display-resample-vdrop, etc. It also does matter what player (mpv, POTplayer, MPC, etc) because it all same problem.
