Support `decimal >= 2.0`

ecto >= 3.11.0 depends on decimal ~> 2.0, therefore mariaex can't be used with ecto >= 3.11.0 out of the box currently. The 2.0 version of decimal has some breaking changes: https://github.com/ericmj/decimal/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md#v200-2020-09-08
