Handle OS `SUPPORT_END` instead of EOL dates from endoflife.date

What would you like to be added:

SUPPORT_END is an optional field in /etc/os-release. When this field exists, we should use it instead of trying to match EOL dates from endoflife.date

Why is this needed:

This will improve the accuracy for EOL dates for OS.
