Can i use this component as a polyfill of html5 input range?

I would like to use this component as a polyfill of html5 input range, which is only one slider bar in the middle and can be changed the values when moving it.

I tried to configure the options but still with no luck. Or is that I come to the wrong place, choose the wrong react component?
