chore(h1): label unknown functions and methods

I have labelled some H1 functions with the (mostly) correct names based on comparing to a 2018 PS4 elf.

Some of the functions ( i.e. _func_2FB ) do not exist in the elf - so I have named them appropriately based on what they are actually doing.
