xapi fails to find SM plugins in /usr/lib64/xcp-sm

Installing the SM code in the standard python place is probably the right thing to do but xapi now fails to find them on CentOS in /usr/lib/xapi/sm.

We need to make the SM code generally a bit more location-independent, judging by the number of "/xensource" and "/opt" strings in there.

When fixed, revert djs55/xenserver-install-wizard@0033e6b964147ec1854d744c05af8a360d17b27e
