Trying to reproduce the results following this.

Some questions I got:

1. What is RATED_API_KEY, is there a link to register?
2. Is the data being stored locally, if yes, how to retrieve it? for instance, all the validator distribution data in say csv file?
3. Can I get updated link for Discord, the old link seems broken.
