xenon-middleware
A middleware abstraction library that provides a simple programming interface to various compute and storage resources.
It would be great if one could easily access these data (e.g. output of SGE: _qacct_ or SLURM: _sacct_ commands) from a single interface.
Scientific data is sometimes hosted in [iRODS](https://irods.org/), Xenon should be read/write to iRODS servers. The Xenon filesystem should use the Java iRODS library https://github.com/DICE-UNC/jargon
