Add support for reading from ISOs or folder structure and muxing (not encoding).

I didn't see if this tool supports these options but it would be nice to add muxing (just extracting DVD/BD tracks into an easily playable format like mkv) and reading files from an ISO or DVD/BD folder scructure (not an optical drive).

Do you know if HandBrakeCLI supports those inputs?

I don't think it supports muxing since it's an encoding tool.

In its documentation it says: -i, --input <string> Set input file or device ("source") so by 'file' it may mean either an already playable mp4/mkv container or an ISO.
