[Enhancement] Reassigning hotkeys with same device name if connection has been los temporarily

I am Using my TV as an output device sometimes but after each pc restart the tv has a delay to identify itself and audio switcher says its an unknown device.

It would be great if AudioSwitcher would reassign the hotkey to a device with the same name it was connected previously. So in case the device gets "Unknown Device" somehow it would automatically rebind the hotkey to the device it it reconnects.
