Registry Keys?

More a question than an issue... I'd like to use this across a number of computers (and users) and am wondering if the settings tick boxes relate to reg keys? How are these settings stored for example? I'd like this to run at startup for, but be minimised and am looking for an easier way than launching and ticking the box on every machine... does doing this, therefore create a reg key for example that I could pre-deploy to ensure it runs minimised automatically?
