Feature: Make a Sound When Switching

One of my problems with the built in Windows audio switching is that sometimes it says a certain source - but when I test it - it isn't actually switched.

If AudioSwitcher had a "make a sound when switching" checkbox it would allow me have instant confirmation of [a] the switch taking place and [b] the current volume of the new source.

Not a bad idea.

Will defer to 2.0 as no new functionality will be added to 1.x.
