Create an installer package using Squirrel.Windows.

Should install into AppData/Local

Future releases will include portable and installer. Updates for installed version should be done through squirrel updater.

Portable releases should also be auto updatable, like Firefox Portable Beta branch.

@sambul13 it's unlikely that portable versions will be able to be auto updated.

Instead a notification of a new version, with a download link. It negates permissions issues, and the like, which can be introduced by moving the portable version to admin level folders (eg program files)
