UTF8 conversion exception in kernel call logging of output wide string arguments with invalid data

Booting Tropico 5 (xenia-project/game-compatibility/issues/893) and pressing Start on the title screen causes Xenia to host-crash. Pushing through with Continue in the debugger allows it to keep going, followed by a warning from the game that "Retrieving player achievements failed."

Pressing Start should bring you to the game's menu, like older builds did. I've narrowed it down to somewhere between July 11 2019 and September 2020. https://github.com/xenia-project/game-compatibility/issues/893#issuecomment-828807181
