Feature Request: W7 DX12 Support since Vulkan is still wip, W7 supports DX12 with proper librarys and is still used

so currently as said it would be nice if dx12 librarys for w7 would be supported , it exists , even cyberpunk 2077 has it , and yes the OS is still widely used

tbh id prefer vulkan should they properly support it for sure vulkan properly implemented is even better than dx12, but as said i as well would take dx12 support but of course would need w7 support

@Margen67 ...that might be so but theres first off ESUs support till 2023 and still alot of folks using it since its a solid OS
