- Cannot press START Button on title screen(or input not recognised), but loads logos and intro movies play without any problem.

Not sure if this'll help. But the problem with this game seems to be that Xenia is ignoring the Texture fetch because: "Texture fetch type is not 2" The inputs are working correctly, it's a Texture Fetch issue.
EDIT: Since the menu textures don't load the game refuses to progress.

This problem is still unresolved. I can skip the logo screen with the start button, but all the buttons are not working on the title "press start button" screen. Tested on (xenia-project/xenia@dfbe36a)

Completed one route. 60-320FPS on 2x resolution with vsync off and shaders cached. Saves work.
