It gets into the opening sequence at least, after new game and character creation, but the graphics are quite corrupted. You can hear sound playing, but video stops.
Tested on: https://github.com/xenia-project/xenia/commit/dffdf92e399f352b9e25e3ed99adf1c7e4efb105
Issues: The game has no crashes or errors however the audio is crackly, objects seem to turn black sometimes (most noticable on people) and the FPS is very poor (about 15-25FPS) on very high end specs

Performance is now ok, audio is fine too, a couple of crackles but nothing big. Artifacts on character models still there.
This vertical line is always there, depending on the angle you look at. Sometimes very visible, sometimes barely visible. In this angle only really visible on Shepard, but for example in prologue Normandy destruction, it's more screen wide.
RTV:
Vulkan, a bit broken, but that vertical line still there):
ROV, no vertical line at all.
Also noticed something with native_2x_msaa. Idk if it's better or worse, but certainly different. Similar effect in ME1.
RTV, native_2x_msaa = true (default)
RTV, native_2x_msaa = false (less artifacting on NPC's, but breaks other shadows. Look at Miranda, look at the wall on the right).
ROV - identical as RTV without MSAA.
