Graphical glitches are fixed, but still crashes when selecting new game. Label: state-menus

Tested on https://github.com/xenia-project/xenia/commit/c7fbe0e6d5a09b25e03aef6b9058d76bac96e375

Completed entire trial. 60-90FPS on 2x resolution with vsync off and shaders cached.

• "Your profile is no longer available. If you have removed the Memory Unit, please reinsert it now." appears at the start of the game each time.
