The intro videos play normally but the game hangs at a black screen afterwards. I don't have much to add here except a log file on the current master, but I figured it's better than nothing since the log file in the previous post is no longer available.

Batman: Arkham City GOTY Edition goes in-game in the current master with decent performance. Once the shaders are compiled, the performance is pretty smooth, but slightly slower in some areas than the real hardware, at least on my machine. The only glaring issue I noticed is the fact that most lights go through solid objects, which is really distracting. It can be seen in my last screenshot posted below. Loading screens are also very long if I'm entering a building I haven't been in before, probably because it's compiling shaders during that time. Loading screens within buildings are fine as long as it doesn't load me into a new area. I haven't found any game-breaking issues so far.

Issues
Slow performance on Ryzen 5 3400G, video lags enough behind audio to be noticable in the opening cutscenes with Hugo Strange [will do a more thorough test on more powerful system] Same problem with lights being rendered through objects Loading screen issue seems to have been reduced (~11 seconds vs 30 seconds)

Issues
Crashed to desktop when trying to hack an Access Panel to get out of the GCPD building during a story mission [visuals not shown in video, broken recording]. Savefile reset to newgame in the process. Subsequent attempts to open in Xenia lead to long 'preloading shaders' waiting times and crashes when entering the 'suit up' cutscene [might be just system-specific issue]

Asuntos

How did you get past the eternal burden that happens after Bruce puts on the suit?

- softlocks caused by audio issues. Use Canary with new XMA decoder.
- lights are not occluded.
Cutscene stuck after first time scanning and other similar softlocks can be avoided on Canary with use_new_decoder = true
and use_dedicated_xma_thread = false
. There is no protection against modifying Coalesced in this game, disabling LensFlares
will get rid of unoccluded lights, but there's also a patch for lens flare for Xenia Canary. To skip intro rename or delete BmGame/Movies/Startup.swf
