Which build? Master 2cd69092 is still hanging on the loading screen
Master 2cd69092 with the following changed settings:
[CPU] break_on_debugbreak = false
[Memory] protect_zero = false
Whereabouts do I change the settings? I tried the imgui.ini file but that didn't seem to work.
The easiest way is to place a txt file called portable.txt in your Xenia directory. Then the settings file "xenia.config.toml" will be there after starting Xenia. Otherwise you'll find it at "../documents/Xenia" where ".." represents your documents folder path. Naturally referencing to Windows. You can edit the file using the standard Windows editor app.

Played first Career mission a few times. Saving works.
