Tested on https://github.com/benvanik/xenia/commit/d8fa54ffc43907de289e2699626bfe8760162b6f
Need to speed up to 4x (time scalar) to go further to menus / intro video, random crash.

state-menus / state-crash
cpu-slow possibly?
I have no idea...maybe timing issues or bad handling of .bik videos

This is the result I get when running the game. I'll try to provide additional info if needed. The game seems to crash when it gets to gameplay. No idea what causes it.
There's a "regression" in benvanik/xenia@720f8b0. Everything seems to render in green and text (?) is missing? I can't get past the loading spinner even with the time-scalar trick.
(Windows+Alt+PrintScrn is fantastic)
The green rendering happens due to some universal which renders all fmv to be green. A lot of Alan Wake's menus are fmv, so that's why everything is green. The text rendered fine on me, so I don't know what's up with that though.
Intros and FMV fine on benvanik/xenia@47a3ec083610c1e3284758a7952d203605549bd5
Still no menu text though
Seems to render everything properly now. However, it seems to just black screen when you get ingame. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PutSmtzo2BQ

Hang during loading
Log: D3D12
Ingame when you set d3d12_readback_resolve = true, but it has a huge performance impact as written in the description.
On latest Build https://github.com/xenia-project/xenia/commit/d2ca54d9092246e19d74a35ac2c7962bfe19ec2b sound crash(it infiny repeat one note). With old XMA/LIBAV no issue (from sound). apu-xma-regression
The environment is not loaded
I set "d3d12_readback_resolve = true", the objects appeared, but the FPS became low.
