- Unable to see anything in the menus, crashes when trying to create a profile (i think i created a profile).

Issues:
- fn export referenced GetProcAddressByOrdinal(01BA(XamInputGetUserVibrationLevel)) is not implemented
- ERROR: XexGetProcedureAddress ordinal not found!
- GPU: Write to unknown register
Game starts shows intros with gpu-corruption and after it shows a warning message starts loading and crash...

Confirmed. Crashes at least since June 2020
works fine for me, no crashes. However no sound whats so ever. And its sometimes a struggle to maintain 30fps. But a 'playable' experience. specs: ryzen 7 1800x @4.0ghz 32gb ddr4 @3000mhz Asus Vega 64 ROG STRIX OC 8gb
Just confirming that it is still indeed crashing/broken with the Feb 13 build.
Build from 03.06.2021 - game runs fine, no crash in the menu, but the sound freaks out almost immideatly, never stops. No ingame audio plays, only that medium-tone hum.

delete you save game and it will run it seems to be a save problem

Confirming this is still an issue as of April 2022.
When the game gets to the menu, and then to the driver select screen for a first time launch, the audio freezes. (not mutes or crashes, actually freezes where the last sound heard just becomes an ever persistant buzz/tone playing non-stop.) Menus can still be moved around in at this point, but anything in the menu's (like changing game config settings) that causes the save file to be written to, crashes the emulator when returning to the main menu. Closing the game and relaunching it causes it to consistently crash upon reaching the main menu every time. Deleting the game's save file Get's it going back to the menu again with all progress/config loss, and likewise freezes the audio on the driver select menu screen again and just loops the whole process all over again.
This is a uncompressed (ie: not playing the iso, but rather the default.xex in the uncompressed PGR4 folder), if that helps at all.
Are there any issues/PRs that can be linked for the saving/loading and audio issues? @devs?

Thanks for this, I went ahead and tried this build and it indeed works, if a little slow, I also tried playing the game on the latest xenia canary and for some reason it only works with a lot of graphical issues on Vulkan, but it feels smoother than the july 19 build.
I'm referring specifically to this canary build, but maybe it also "works" on some of the others newer builds. xenia canary 04c9c02 august 24

I checked canary again as of now, and unfortunately there's nothing useful in the logs in terms of errors, just the usual unimplemented APIs.
Perhaps the crash is occurring deeper down and is tearing down the log provider with it?
I checked the windows logs in event viewer and it says the "faulting module name" is dxilconv.dll
Edit: the same error occurs in master and canary
The game is working on newest canary build. Music is not playing during the race. Game is playable on master build too but sound is one big nasty glitch. Check it out

I don't know man. Did you download the latest build from October 18? I never had this problem. I guess it depends on specs or something else. I have a pretty old pc: i7 6700k, gtx 1080, 16 gb ram.

Yes this is true, the game is crashes when you loading it second time. And the audio is a teribble noise. You should try the canary build. No crashes and the game is more stable with the canary build.
anyone can tell me a friend of mine is playing PGR4 with Xenia canary but he have some issues of visuals getting dark during race events. any idea how to fix?
in the canary build, (may 1 2023) the music on the main menu is broken, only certain parts will play in certain menus, and usually some parts play out of sync.
In garage, you can't walk by using L-stick when it's working, even steering. Only if you look around on garage, but sadly, I cannot get it working with walk controls in garage like Amateur, Pro, Hotshot and Master.

I've noticed a minor graphics problem, at least on AMD cards (I haven't tested on a NVIDIA card, or a Intel card), It appears that the brake light glow appears, even if a car is blocking it, like this screenshot.
I've checked and it happens, regardless if FSR is on or off, so this isn't a issue with the FSR implementation
