Issues:

The game boots, goes through the intro and gets to the title screen, once you press start it'll show the main menu and bring up a pop-up asking you to sing into the microphone and guest crashes on the pop-up, I imagine it's crashing due to an unimplemented call for the Wireless Xbox 360 Microphone

I can confirm the same thing is happening with Canary build a577a4ae8

I hope it will be possible to implement something similar to what the Dolphin emulator does, as their developers have managed to integrate a USB microphone passthrough function that allows games like Rock Band to detect the microphone.
