Tried to start the game. 60FPS Intro and Title.

Issues:

Nothing happens when you press Start on the title screen. The game still runs, but you can't progress any further. Exactly like #1253.

The game is now causing Xenia to close completely after a few seconds. Doesn't matter if the button is pressed or not.

As of build 06100a the game now goes in-game, DLC will load if you have it.

You do need to wait a moment before you press start, the game will stay hang if you try to start too fast. Sidenote: I realize now this a Canary only progression, I am a big dumb. Remove this if need be!
