ui: Enable snapshots menu

Enables the snapshots menu in the new UI, complete with thumbnails, game title information, searching, and the ability to bind snapshots to F5-F8 keys for ease of use.

For anyone who wishes to test this before merge, keep in mind that snapshots created or saved with this branch are not backwards compatible with previous xemu versions. That is, those snapshots will not work on any other version of xemu. Snapshots created on previous or current xemu versions will work fine with this branch, however.
