Star Wars: Battlefront II: Apparent Z-fighting on water/sky

Bug Description
Z-fighting on water, skyboxes. Most noticable on Naboo map.
Though I did use a modded game, virtually all vanilla maps have the same issue.

Should be fixed on coldhex dev build.
yes i just found out in the discord, that was the coldhex build someone mentioned, i still need it in main version for stability purpose

GitHub users, repos, and branches tend to move around. Please be more specific when referencing other builds for investigation, like with a permalink to the specific patch that you've tested.
Its depth buffer precision improvements and polygon offset slope factor commit which should fix this issue. Coldhex mentioned a similar issue happening with shenmue 2 causing lots of z-fighting #2049. And tested other games which had that regression and for the most part are all fixed by this pr.
@ArtemRU33 should be fixed
Fixed might also need Signed texture support as missing transparency.
