Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance - Characters & interactables on a different plane
Anything with animation is affected elevators, characters, pick-ups & cutscene camera cuts(this one might be a different issue, not sure).
The cutscenes don't seem to exhibit this animation issue on NTSC-U, but they only run for a few seconds before they freeze. I thought the game hanged at first, but turns out the cuts just don't work after a few seconds, it just freezes with character phasing in-and-out at the frozen camera angle.
