Use Scala LTS?

I've noticed that 3.2.0 is published with Scala 3.7 (Next), but I don't see a strong reason why it should be using that instead of 3.3 (LTS). It looks like bot has just updated it to the highest version available.

Can we downgrade the version so the codebases using Scala LTS can still depend on fetch?
