Add MODES - Object Quality System support

Describe the solution you'd like Maintainability, Operation, Design, Extensibility, and Security fields with mods that can be applied to rolls.

I've finally looked at a copy of the source document. I think it is OK, but I am uncertain if adding it to Twodsix is allowed. Would you please make a request on the DriveThru page for MODES product for permission? That would help to clarify whether we can add this to the system. Thanks.
