Log all system settings when any system setting changes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. For bug reports it would be real handy to have a list of all the system settings used.

Describe the solution you'd like Log out {setting key:setting value} for each system setting when system settings change. And, possibly have a button on settings to print them to chat as that is probably easier for non-technical users. Encourage users to include this with their bug reports.

Describe alternatives you've considered Just ask the users.

Additional context Or, perhaps this would be a useful system-agnostic module? One that prints out all settings. Possibly even allowing importing them. Sort of like https://foundryvtt.com/packages/forien-copy-environment/
