希望能自动去除前缀00186并查询号码

好像标题有点歧义,想说的是在韩国收到国内的电话,有多余的前缀00186导致无法查询到有效的骚扰电话

另外,一个小建议: 在fixedNumber那里给每一个workaround增加一点注解,解释workaround的原因(不然到后面都会忘了为什么要加这个一个workaround,然后某一天因为另一个bug,结果去掉了就呵呵了....Orz[经常发生这种事的人路过])

😂通过过滤的字符看出来这个方法的用意还是很容易的，感谢反馈
