What is redirect URI?

What should be redirect uri variable? For example, can I set it as localhost?

@siriusblack01 this is your callback URL as specified in your Twitter app settings. This should be the same value as one of the callback URLs you set up in your App Settings -> User Authentication Settings -> App Info Callback URI.
