Remove swayidle-conf

Config file is upstream.

I should have a script to migrate configurations

To add more context, Config file parsing was added with a -C option in early March 2020, after swayidle 1.6 was released:

The feature does not yet appear in a published release

Just confirming that no swayidle config files are shipping in the current Arch Linux sway package.
