🚨 Don't buy a Jodit license if you're looking for support 🚨

If like us you are considering buying pro license for Jodit, for the elevated support - don't. We purchased the OEM license thinking we'd get the "unlimited ticketing" support but so far we've gotten nothing from repeated attempts on two two tickets, one of which was opened over 3 months ago.

Also there is no "chat support". Not that I can see or find anywhere.
