Users are experiencing an issue where the viewport cuts off tooltips associated with buttons or toolbars at the bottom of the page. This results in tooltips not providing useful information, as they are not fully visible to the user.

Expected behavior: Tooltips should be fully visible within the viewport to ensure that users can access and read the information they provide.
