jodit editor MULTI PRO license inquiry

We are considering purchasing jodit editor MULTI PRO.

This is for our work system, we don't use yarn or npm, our system is a web application using jsp. So I need the necessary js and css files for the application.

Is it correct that after purchasing MULTI PRO and issuing a license, I can use the PRO version normally by downloading the required plugin from https://xdsoft.net/jodit/builder/ and applying the related js and css to the html with that license? (I ask because our system is not a node.js environment)
