A script management page

Like proposed earlier it would be great to have a script management page (in a new tab) to keep things tidy & to access CJS extension settings (you could start by adding a setting to select a hotkey to open the script management page in a new tab, to disable/enable CJS script for current page, etc...) It doesn't have to be the prettiest of the bunch, keep it simple & straight forward. (I always find this the best way & low sys load) I suggest something like the dashboard of TamperMonkey (userscript ext.), lovely design: https://tampermonkey.freetls.fastly.net/images/script_overview.png

I'm always open to beta test, keep up the good work!
