Move imports from cores to theme.css

Opening this because I don't think imports that aren't required for the functioning of the theme should be included in the "core" CSS. I would personally get some use out of this since I use different settings icons which the included one conflicts with. Also it makes it cleaner IMO since all the imports would be in one place.
