xcversion simulators failing on invalid cert
I'm trying to install new runtimes for the current Xcode selected, but getting a cert issue.
I added the 'Download' output so I knew what was trying to download
$ xcversion simulators --install='iOS 8.2' Installing iOS 8.2 Simulator for Xcode 8.2.0... Download https://devimages.apple.com.edgekey.net/downloads/xcode/simulators/com.apple.pkg.iPhoneSimulatorSDK8_2-8.2.1.1434581536.dmg
curl: (60) SSL certificate problem: Invalid certificate chain More details here: https://curl.haxx.se/docs/sslcerts.html
curl performs SSL certificate verification by default, using a "bundle" of Certificate Authority (CA) public keys (CA certs). If the default bundle file isn't adequate, you can specify an alternate file using the --cacert option. If this HTTPS server uses a certificate signed by a CA represented in the bundle, the certificate verification probably failed due to a problem with the certificate (it might be expired, or the name might not match the domain name in the URL). If you'd like to turn off curl's verification of the certificate, use the -k (or --insecure) option. [!] Failed to download iOS 8.2 Simulator. $
What OS version and ruby version are you running @bennid ?
What is the output of system_profiler SPSoftwareDataType and ruby -v?
$ ruby -v ruby 2.3.3p222 (2016-11-21 revision 56859) [x86_64-darwin15] $ system_profiler SPSoftwareDataType Software:

I did work around this by creating ~/.curlrc with "--insecure" in it
